Ingredients
- Zucchini (green and yellow half diced)
- 4-5 Cherry Tomato (half cut)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- Broccoli (sliced diced)
- Red Bell Pepper (sliced diced)
- 1 cup Pasta
- 2 spoons Red Pasta Sauce (arrabbiata)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 4 spoons Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 spoon Pepper Powder (table)
- 1 pinch red chili powder
- 1/2 spoon Coriander Powder (table)
- Spring Onion (or onion, or garnishing scallion green onion chopped for garnishing)
- 2 spoons Olive Oil

Instructions
- In a deep pan heat water and bring it to a boil. Add salt and few drops of oil.
- Add the penne pasta to this and let cook, until it is cooked al dente (soft but firm). Each shape of pasta cooks differently. Do check the package for cookin
- Drain the water and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat the oil. Saute the onions, bell pepper, cherry tamotes zucchini, broccoli and all salt to taste, pepper, coriander powder, red chilli and let cook on simmer for few minutes
- Till then heat a pan add the Arrabbiata Red Pasta Sauce add the drained pasta and mix well and keep aside.
- Now add Tomato Ketchup to the slight cooked vegetables mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add the Arrabbiata Red Penne Pasta kept aside mix well. Your Penne Pasta is Ready.
- Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
