Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 large Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Green Chillies
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 4 medium Tomato
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Pepper (or salt salt and as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped )
- 1/2 tsp Sugar

Instructions
- Clean and chop onion, green chili, garlic, tomato and bell peppers
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute
- Now add cumin seeds, salt, pepper, sugar and coriander powder. Also paprika
- Now add green chili, tomatoes and bell peppers and saute up to soft.
- Make six well in tomato gravy.
- Crack eggs one by one and pour in the cavities
- Add chopped parsley on the top and cover
- Let it cook up to eggs are cooked. Now serve hot with your choice of bread
