Basa fish is a category of cat fish. This is fleshy fish which has low mercury level. It is very good for pregnant women, either pre delivery or post delivery. It contains omega 3 fatty acid. It helps to bring baby's brain, eyes and nervous system.

Ingredients
- 500 gm fish (Basa fish, 8 inches long)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp red chili powder (smoked)
- 1 tbsp herbs (mixed )
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt (as per taste)

Instructions
- Put the boneless Basa on a full sized plate.
- Rub with smoked red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and mixed herbs. Keep aside for ten minutes.
- Heat a frying pan add butter and place the delicate marinated fish.
- No need to cover, juice will come out and cook itself.
- Flip the other side. Again sprinkle with mixed herbs.
- Don't over cook the fish let the fish soft.
- It will take hardly ten minutes. Then ready to serve.
