  • now add remaining oil saute the fenugreek seeds,cardamom, add ginger,garlic paste .
  • saute the onion slice golden ,add turmeric,chili,coriander powder and cook the spices
  • add fried jack fruit Sim the heat and cook it for 10 minutes.
