Ingredients
- 1 cup Noodles (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Carrot (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Cabbage (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (red)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Sambar Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Tamarind (or water, or imli, or pani water imli ka pani)
- 1/4 tsp Black Mustard Seeds (or rai rai)
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan,add black mustard seeds to crackle.
- Add onion and saute for one mins.
- Add carrot,cabbage and capsicum and saute for one to two mins.
- Seasoning with salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and sambar powder and mix well.
- Add boiled noodles and tamarind water/imli ka pani and mix well.
- Serve hot.
