Ingredients
- 250 gm Bhindi
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (dried)
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Wash the ladies fingers then wipe out the moisture. Cut in small pieces and keep in a mixing bowl.
- Now add all spices, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, mango powder, curry powder and corn powder. Mix all together and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Now heat oil in a pan, put asafoetida and masala mixed bhindi. Stir fry for a minute then close the lid for 5 minutes.
- Open the lid again stir now add salt as per taste. Again stir and close the lid for a minute.
- Now see how it is done. Serve in a serving plate and sprinkle with chat masala. Serve along with rice/ roti/ paratha.
Recipe Notes
Don’t add salt at the time of mixing masala, salt should be add at last.
