Ingredients
- 1 cup Curd (Thick )
- 2 cup Water
- 1 cup Spinach (chopped )
- 1/3 cup Aloe Vera (extract, gel )
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- ¼ cup Mint leaves
- 1 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin seed
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida (Hing )
- ¼ spoon Black Salt
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Take Aloe Vera, remove the gel from the leaf, cut into pieces and wash it 5 to 6 times to get rid of the bitterness.
- Wash the Spinach leaves 2 to 3 times and chop the leaves roughly then heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, Asafetida (Hing) and Spinach leaves sauté for 2 to 3 minutes and keep it aside.
- In a blender add curd, Spinach leaves, Aloe Vera gel, green chilies, coriander, mint leaves, curry leaves, ginger, chat masala, salt and water. Blend the mixture well and strain it. Then add black salt, lemon juice and adjust the salt if needed.
- Serve it chilled in a glass.
