Spinach cheese balls are crisp from outside and creamy and cheesy from inside. Serve them with tomato ketchup or hot chiily sauce.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Spinach (or puree puree)
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (as required for frying)

Instructions
- In a bowl take spinach puree, bread crumbs, cornflour and salt. Mix it well and form a smooth dough.
- In another bowl take grated mozzaeella cheese, finely chopped onion, garlic, oregano, red chilli flakes and salt. Mix everything well and make small balls of it.
- Now grease your hand with some oil and take a portion of the spinach dough and pat it to small disc. Place one mozzarella cheese ball on it as shown in the picture.
- Cover the cheese ball from all sides and similarly prepare rest of them like this.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the spinach cheese balls till golden brown from all sides.
- Take out on a tissue paper and serve hot with ketchup!
Recipe Notes
Blanch the spinach leaves for 2-3 minutes before grinding.
