Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken (minced)
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Chicken Masala
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Eggs (bitten)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Masala (piri piri)
- Oil (or dip for dip fry)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add minced chicken, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, ginger, garlic paste, chicken masala, egg, lemon juice and bread crumbs.
- Mix properly and give small ball shape. Then keep in freeze for 15 minutes. Then dip fry and sprinkle with piri piri masala.
Recipe Notes
Serve with tea/coffee.
