Ingredients
- ½ cup beetroot (grated )
- ½ cup cabbage (grated )
- 1 tsp garlic (chopped )
- 1 tbsp chili (chopped )
- ½ tsp cumin seed
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Chapati
- Spring garlic (Chopped )
- Coriander (Fresh)
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Stir for a few seconds.
- Add chopped cabbage, chopped beetroot and salt. Stir until cooked.
- Add garam masala, spring garlic and fresh coriander leaves
- Made fresh chapati then fill and serve with sauce or chutney.
