Ingredients
- 100 gm pointed gourd
- ½ bowl vegetables
- ½ glass Buttermilk
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp coconut paste
- Oil (for shallow fry)
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Scoop the pointed gourd then keep aside.
- Make a filling with adding grated veggies, green chillies, chopped fresh ginger and salt.
- Now fill into the hollow of the gourd
- Shallow fry them
- Keep them separate.
- Now make the masala with adding oil cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, kashmiri mirch, coconut paste, cinnamon powder and salt.
- Continuously stirring the mixed masala add butter milk. Again keep on stirring the masala. Again add butter milk and make thick masala.
- Pour on the shallow fried pointed gourd and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chapati.
