This potato salad stuffed buns are soft , delicious buns that are filled with creamy potato salad with herb's and chesse!

Ingredients
- 4 Burger Bun
- 1 cup Yoghurt (plain)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Onion (chopped rd in)
- 1/4 cubes Cucumber (chopped english in)
- 1/4 cup Tomoto Chopped In Small Cubes (tomoto chopped in)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (or seasoning for seasoning freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- to Salt (pink)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1-2 no Apple (or mint mint )
- handful handful Celery (of chopped)
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)

Instructions
- Combine yoghurt, mayo,lemon juice, basil, oregano, rosemary , chili flakes,crushed mint leaves , celery and salt in large bowl and whisk to combine.Add boiled potatoes,seet corn,red onions, cucumber, tomato and black pepper powder.Stair to combine.
- Now take the bun and hollow out the center.
- Apply the butter on all the buns.
- Fill the potato salad mixture in the center of the bun and top with grated cheese.
- Baje those stuffed buns in a pre heated oven fir 5 mins@180℃.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
