  • Soak the semolina for 10 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add soaked suji, chopped onion, chopped green chillies and chopped ginger. Make a batter with adding little water.

  • Heat a griddle apply sesame oil then pour the batter spread grated grated beetroot and sprinkle little oat.

  • Flip other side and it will ready to serve with any sauce.

  • Other way add grated beetroot and oat into the batter. Then again apply oil and pour the batter. Flip other side then serve with any sauce.
