Ingredients
- 500 gm Tomato (fresh)
- 100 gm Jagerry
- 2 tbsp Raisin
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes

Instructions
- Wash and chop the tomatoes then boil with little salt.
- Boil tomato until soft, add jaggery, raisin, tamarind paste, ginger powder and chilli flakes.
- It will be thick in consistency and ready to serve
