Sweet lime is rich in citric acid which can curb hunger and boost our metabolism. Sweet lime acids help to flush out toxins from our organic system and dissolve fat faster. During sickness mosambi is better than other citric fruits. When Doctor advice to have mosambi juice people buy from market that may be harmful. Because they add sugar syrup to make it thin and more tasty. Always try to get fresh homemade juice. No other ingredient is needed, just to balance you can add black salt. If it is summer season you can add ice cubes for normal person. Ice is not recommended for sick people.
