Tandoori gravy with veggies. When we feel hungry we can have this recipe. This is good for Healthcare and help to full our stomach. I used bottle gourd and added mushroom, capsicum, tandoori masala and tandoori paste to make it more tasty. This can be served any time. We can serve those school going, college going, office going etc.

Ingredients
- ½ bowl bottle gourd (grated )
- 1 onion (big )
- 10 to 12 cloves garlic
- 2 capsicum
- 5 mushroom
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp onion seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper (crushed )
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp tandoori paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Oil
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Grate the bottle gourd then squeeze the excess water. Now take a mixing bowl add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, onion seeds and crushed black pepper.
- Mix all together and make a dough. Then make small shape like lemon size.
- Fry the pakoda and keep separate.
- In the same pan add garlic stir continuously, add chopped onion, capsicum and mushroom, salt, tandoori masala powder and chilli powder.
- Saute for a few minutes. Then for gravy add squeezed out water of bottle gourd mix with jowar flour.
- Add pakoda fruit vinegar and tandoori masala paste to make it more tasty.
- Cook for a minute and sprinkle little herbs and serve.
