Tandoori Pasta: A Kid-Favorite Recipe! As we know, kids love pasta, so I made it in a healthy way using oats grain fusilli pasta. I added a tandoori twist to give it a fusion flavor with a slight kick of spice. My daughter loved it!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Fusilli (Oats Flour )
- 2 Tomato Puree (made of 2 big tomatoes)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (chopped finely I used red green yellow orange)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 1 tbsp Masala (Tandoori Masala/Spices)
- 1 tsp Garlic (grated)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- First, boil the pasta according to the instructions, but cook it only to about 80% doneness, not fully. Drain the water, sprinkle with olive oil, and set it aside.
- Now, heat a pan and add olive oil. Then, add garlic, chopped onion, and chopped bell peppers.
- Mix well and cook until they soften. Add tomato puree, followed by all the spices, salt, and tandoori masala, and mix thoroughly. Cook until the puree starts to release oil.
- Add all the sauces and ketchup, and mix well. Adjust the seasoning by adding salt. Then, add pasta masala and mix everything thoroughly.
- Add the boiled pasta and mix well. Adjust the seasoning as needed. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
