Ingredients
- Varagarisi (kodo millet 1 cup and thinai (foxtail millet) 1 cup varagarisi)
- 1/4 cup Urad Dal (chana dal cup and thur dal cup)
- a piece Ginger (green chillies and red chillies 2 each)
- 2 leaves Onions (or curry and curry)

Instructions
- Wash the millets and lentils well and soak them together for 4 hours in water.
- Grind them with the salt, chillies, ginger and onions to Fine coarse batter, slightly smoother than regular adai batter.
- Add chopped curry leaves now.
- Heat the tawa and make thin dosas applying oil on both sides. Serve with Chutney or Avial.
