Ingredients
- 250 gm Pointed Gourd
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Grated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Peel off the skin of parwal and prick with fork to penetrate the spices.
- Marinate the parwal with salt and turmeric powder. Then shallow fry the marinated pointed gourd.
- In the same pan add mustard oil, ginger paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, onion paste, tomato paste. Sprinkle little water and mix all together.
- Add fried parwal cook another 5 minutes. Serve with any combination.
