Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mango (chopped raw)
- 2 tbsp Cucumber (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Carrot (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 leaves Mint (chopped)
- 1 leaves Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp Peanuts (roasted crushed)
- Dressing (thai green)
- 1 tsp Green Sauce (thai)
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chilli (flex)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Take a bowl,add raw mango,cucumber,carrot and capsicum and mix well.
- Add mint leaves,coriander leaves and peanuts.
- Add Thai green dressing and mix well.
- Garnish with roasted crushed peanuts.
