Moms are always worried for their kids. Because they demand different recipes everyday. We have to always take care for their healthy and tasty food. Tiffin box recipe is also a tough job. Ordinary Plastic tiffin box also not good for health. Hot food react with plastic body. Try to serve in a metelic box. Here I made the recipe with mixed flour and potato. It is healthy and easy to cook.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Potato (julian)
- 1 cup Flour (mixed)
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Olive Oil (or butter or butter for shallow fry)

Instructions
- Take big sized potato peel off the skin and cut into Julian. Then dip into plain water and wash until clear water.
- Make a smooth batter with adding mixed flour, salt, black pepper, Kasoori methi, garlic paste and ginger paste. First heat a pan brush with oil or butter, spread the Julian potato, pour the batter and close the lid.
- Bake one side then again greeze the pan and flip other side. Cook until light brown.
- Now cut into two pieces and fold according to the tiffin box.
- Put into the tiffin box along with some fruits.
- Close the box and ready to go.
Recipe Notes
Try to avoid ordinary plastic tiffin box which is harmful.
Try to avoid liquid or watering recipe for tiffin box.
Mixed flour is a mixture of wheat flour, chana flour, corn flour, rice flour.
