Ingredients
- 2 cup Cooked Rice (left over)
- 2 no Sweet Potato (boiled)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Puffed Rice Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (dry)
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion (chopped)
- Oil (for frying)

Instructions
- take a large bowl and mix all ingredients instead off oil . heat the pan and make the tikki with the mixture and shallow fry the tikki both side till golden . serve hot with green chutney.
Recipe Notes
you can also use leftover sabji.
