Ingredients
- 300 gm Tofu
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for frying)
- 1 inch Ginger (chopped)
- 7 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
- 2 Red Chillies (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Mint
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions
- Cut tofu in cubes. Remove water by keeping tofu in tea towel.take cornflour in a plate.roll tofu in cornflour and fry in hot oil.heat oil and add ginger and garlic saute them and add butter add chillies sauce vinegar and soya sauce tomato sauce
- Add salt and pepper and mix all of them chop mint and coriander leaves and add them in sauce add fried tofu in that sprinkle flakes ,sesame seeds and garnish with coriander leaves.serve them with chutney or sauce.
