Uttapam is a famous south Indian recipe. Today I am sharing my recipe with a twist. It's a south Indian fusion recipe. Uttapam sandwich taste is awesome can also be served as a breakfast and tea time snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Semolina
- 1 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Carrot (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/2 cup Desi Ghee (for shallow fry)
- 1/4 cup Sauce (sechwan)
- 1/4 cup Green Chutney
- 1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 to Tomato (sliced)

Instructions
- In a bowl add semolina, curd and water mix well and make lumpfree batter.
- Rest for 15 minutes.
- Now add salt and green chilli.
- Heat a non stick Tawa and grease with ghee.
- Pour the batter on tawa.
- Now sprinkle Chopped capsicum, onion, tomato and carrot on it and slightly press it.
- Turn the side and shallow fry it.
- All uttapam ready by same process.
- Now on a one piece of uttapam spread sechwan sauce, second one spread green chutney and third one spread tomato ketchup.
- Arrange onion, tomato slices on uttapam and covered with another uttapam.
- Enjoy uttapam sandwich with hot tea or coffee.
