Ingredients
- 1 cup Broken Wheatdaliya (broken wheatdaliya)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1-2 leaves Coriander (chopped)
- 1 Carrot (finely chopped)
- 4 Beans (finely chopped)
- 1/2 slab Slab Panneer (panneer)
- 1 cube Cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala (pd)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala (pd)
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- Oil (for frying)

Instructions
- Soak broken wheat in water for half an hour. Then in another bowl add smashed panneer, vegetables,daliya (broken wheat squeeze them),then add salt , garam masala pd,chat masala pd,salt an mix well
- Then add cornflour,rice flour , vegetables , coriander leaves an mix well ,then give a shape of kababs an deep fry it
Recipe Notes
If you want to add potatoes to this mixture you can add an you can even add soya nuggets . In place of frying you can shallow fry it.
