Ingredients
- 2 cup Poha (or rice pressed rice)
- 1/2 cup Carrot (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 cup Corn (kennels)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 3 no Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Onion (chopped)
- 8 leaves Curry
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- wash the poha mix salt,turmeric and sugar the keep aside for 1 hour .
- heat the oil in a pan pop mustard seeds add curry leaves then add green chili,carrot,peas,corn add salt to taste cover and cook.
- now add soaked poha keep stirning while cooking
- switch off the gas add lemon juice serve hot.
