Sometimes we throw the stems of leafy vegetables, tender pumpkin skin, bottle gourd skin, pointed gourd skin, sponge gourd skin, raw banana skin, potato skin etc. I baked with wrapped up by turmeric leaves to give a natural essence.

  • Boil the soft vegetable skins, make a paste with adding other ingredients.

  • Make a paste with boiled vegetable skins, fresh coconut, green chillies, raw ginger and pink salt. Mix with mustard oil.
