White Matar Chaat
About White Matar Chaat
Matar chaatNormally all of us know how to make matar chaat. Some people serve with curd and sweet chutney, some of them serve with lemon juice and roasted masala. But if we think to make it more healthy we have to think about the ingredients. White peas have a tendency to form gas. Just to avoid those things I added oat and lemon juice. Shallow fried ginger and garlic. Sprinkle either roasted jeera powder or moringa masala. I made the sweet chutney with tomato and jaggery. Coconut chutney made with roasted chana dal, roasted peanuts, green chillies lemon juice and pink salt.
