Ingredients
- 200 gm Pasta (any shape or size)
- 1 cup, Mozzarella ( or cheese grated cheese)
- 1 cup, Parmesan ( or cheese grated cheese)
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tablespoon Oregano (optional )
- 1/2 tablespoon Chilli Flakes ( optional)

Instructions
- .Boil the pasta with half tablespoon oil.Drain it and keep aside to cool
- Take a pan heat butter put flour and keep stirring to avoid forming lumps,put the milk at this point and stir till liquid form.
- The white sauce will be done put pepper , salt and mozarella cheese .
- A thick sauce will be prepared ,put the boiled pasta in it n mix well.
- Spread this mixture in a flat tray, put the breadcrumbs over it n spread the parmesan cheese all over it.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree.Bake the pasta for 15-20mins till a brown crust is formed on top at 220 degree.
