Zucchini curryZucchini is full of vitamin C, vitamin A, high fiber, low calorie, rich in antioxidants, more water content, good for eye, nervous system and obviously weight loss. Sometimes people confused with cucumber. It is as good as soft. It is also called summer squash.I am sharing with you a recipe with zucchini and broccoli with curry powder. Broccoli also has good source of nutrients.

Ingredients
- 150 gm zucchini
- 100 gm broccoli
- 50 gm paneer
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Cut the zucchini in round shape and in cubes.
- Cut broccoli in small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan add zucchini sauté for a few minutes. Then add broccoli and salt. Stir continuously.
- Add curry paste and chilli powder. Then sprinkle little water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add a few paneer cubes. Again mix gently and serve.
