Instructions
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add tomato, mix and sauté well
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add amaranth leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix, cook for 6 to 7 minutes
Serve hot with total.
