Instructions
Cut the edges of the bread slices then keep aside.
Make the fillings. Heat oil add chopped garlic, ginger paste, mixed veggies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, chopped fresh chilli and salt.
Mix together and cover the lid for a few minutes. After cooking let it return to normal temperature.
Now soak the bread slice then put the fillings and give round shape.
Give oil brush to the aappam maker then keep on heating. Now bake the bread aappam for a few minutes in low flame.
Cover with lid again turn bake both sides. Then serve with tomato sauce. It can be carried for your tiffin.
