Instructions
Take the left over rice and mix the egg and veggies in it.
Add the seasoning and mix well.
Cut the cheese in small square blocks
Take the mixture of rice, veggies and egg and roll into a ball.
Put 1 square of cheese into middle of each ball and flatten it a bit.
Dip this ball in breadcrumbs and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Take a baking tray and brush it with oil. Then arrange the Arancinis in a baking dish and bake at 200 deg for 15 minutes.
Then turn and bake for another 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup
