cumin powder

Turmeric Powder

teaspoon
chilli powder

teaspoon
onion seeds

whole red chilli

mustard oil
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan add onion seeds and whole red chilli. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder.
Add chopped bottle gourd and salt. Mix and close the lid for 10 minutes to become soft.
In other side shallow fry the badi and add chilli powder. Pour the cooked bottle gourd curry.
Cook again for a minute it will become thick. Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or chapati.
