Whole garam masala
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Take a pan heat mustard oil saute the boiled eggs with adding salt and kashmiri mirch.
Take a small bowl make a paste with adding turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and tomato puree.
Put whole garam masala into the pan and take out the eggs.
Pour the masala paste and sprinkle little water. Then cook for a minute.
Put the eggs and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with any jeera rice, steam rice, chapati, luchi, paratha etc.
