Coconut chena paratha We know there are variety of parathas. This is a type of good quality of paratha. I made the dough with wheat flour and sweet potato. For filling I used fresh coconut and chena with little salt and garam masala.

Instructions
Make a dough with wheat flour and mashed sweet potato.
Make a filling with grated coconut, mashed chena, salt, garam masala, chopped green chillies and chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Divide the dough then stuff with coconut chena fillings.
Spread the dough and shallow fry. Serve with whatever you like. I don't think any other combination. This paratha itself is full meal.
It can be served as a breakfast or packed for tiffin box.
