Cold Coffee
Cold beverage for the hot summer. We normally drink tea at home. But in the extreme heat we wish to drink cold coffee at home. I don't like to use ice cream in cold coffee. I made with French roast ground coffee and full cream milk. You can use instant coffee no need to warm. Just shaked with ice cubes and I got the frothy milk.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coffee filtered
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 cup Full Cream or milk milk
- Sugar as per taste
- Cocoa Powder or garnishing for garnishing
Instructions
- Boil 1/4 cup water then add French roast ground coffee. Keep for 10 minutes.
- Take a mixing jar add sugar, (optional) ice cubes, chilled full cream milk. Shake for 6-7 minutes.
- Take two cups add filtered coffee and pour the frothy milk. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Serve with biscuits or whatever you like.
Notes
This roasted coffee has strong flavour, no need to add any extra ingredients.
