Cucumber
large, cut into thin sheets

Spring onion
green portion cut into vertical strips

Dried thyme
Cream Cheese
salted, as required

Carrot
large, cut into vertical strips

Zucchini
cut into vertical strips
1/2
tsp
Black pepper
as per taste
Instructions
Take the cucumber thin sheets.
Spread cream cheese on one side of the cucumber sheet. Place carrot strips, spring onions strips, zucchini strips on one side.
Now roll the cucumber sheet in such a way cheese and veggies are in tact. Use a tooth pic to keep it intact.
Sprinkle dried thyme and pepper powder over the roll ups.
While presenting, arrange the remaining vegetable strips as a bed on the serving plate. Spread cream cheese on the veggies.
Now place these roll ups on the cream cheese bed. Children would love to view and relish these cucumber cheesy roll ups.
