Instructions
Mixing Process:
Take a kadhai and add three tablespoons of oil
Add one teaspoon of chili powder
Add half a teaspoon of garam masala
Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder And one and a half teaspoons of salt and mix them thoroughly
Then add one tablespoon of lemon juice and mix once again.
Now add chopped onions, green chilies and mushrooms (Washed and chopped) and mix them thoroughly with all the added spices.
Cooking Process:-
Switch on the stove and keep it on medium flame. Keep the kadhai and close the lid.
Keep stirring during intervals
Cook for about 15-20minutes
Add one tablespoon of yogurt and mix it
Close the lid for about 5 minutes
Mushroom Fried Rice Preparation
Switch on the stove and keep it on medium flame keep the pan
Add three tablespoons of oil
Then add cashews, and fry until light golden brown
Then add the mushroom curry and mix it well with the cashew nuts
Add one tablespoon of ghee (Optional)
Add the white rice and mix well.
Add salt if required.
Mushroom Fried Rice is ready to serve
