Instructions
Soak whole moong for 6 to 7 hours then make a paste along with ginger, green chillies, garlic, roasted cumin and salt.
Make rough paste then beat with fingers and make a thick batter.
Keep iron tawa on stove and let heat. Apply ghee on the iron tawa then spread the thick batter. Cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
Flip other side again cook for 2 minutes. Put off the flame cut in small pieces.
Serve with curd chutney made by curd, green chilies, coriander leaves and black salt.
