Pick up baby potatoesBaby potatoes are very tasty when masala mixed properly. I made a masala paste with tomato, onion, garlic, raw turmeric, green chillies and ginger.

I added beetroot paste to give a gorgeous colour just to make it attractive. Sometimes it can be easily served in party or sometimes as a starter.

Ingredients

1 cup Baby Potatoes boiled
2 tbsp Masala Paste
1 tbsp Beetroot or paste paste
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1-2 Green Chillies
1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions

Make a masala paste with tomato, onion, garlic, raw turmeric, green chillies and ginger.
Heat mustard oil add the masala paste saute for a few minutes. Add beetroot paste, boiled baby potatoes and salt.
Stir fry for a few minutes then switch off the flame squeeze lemon juice.
Arrange the cooked baby potatoes sprinkle coconut flour and serve with tooth pick.
