Instructions
Boil the minced with Chana dal, whole red chilli, onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder and cinnamon powder.
After boiling make a smooth paste.
Take a pan add ghee, smooth paste, kebab masala, Kashmir mirch and salt. Stir continuously for a few minutes. It will be moist free.
Put off the flame, let cool add lemon juice, raw egg, chopped coriander and mint leaves. Mix all together.
Take the bamboo sticks wrap with the cooked dough at least 4 to 6 inches long. Shallow fry the seekh kebab.
Serve as a snacks or lunch and dinner.
Notes
Prefer to use fresh masala
Dip the bamboo sticks in cold water for 10 minutes, so it will not burn.
