Tandoori Pasta: A Kid-Favorite Recipe! As we know, kids love pasta, so I made it in a healthy way using oats grain fusilli pasta. I added a tandoori twist to give it a fusion flavor with a slight kick of spice. My daughter loved it!
First, boil the pasta according to the instructions, but cook it only to about 80% doneness, not fully. Drain the water, sprinkle with olive oil, and set it aside.
Now, heat a pan and add olive oil. Then, add garlic, chopped onion, and chopped bell peppers.
Mix well and cook until they soften. Add tomato puree, followed by all the spices, salt, and tandoori masala, and mix thoroughly. Cook until the puree starts to release oil.
Add all the sauces and ketchup, and mix well. Adjust the seasoning by adding salt. Then, add pasta masala and mix everything thoroughly.
Add the boiled pasta and mix well. Adjust the seasoning as needed. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
