Tandoori Veggie Bread - I added a lot of veggies to multi-grain bread to make it healthier and more energizing. I included beetroot, raw papaya, and colocasia (ghunya).
Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, grated beetroot, papaya paste, mashed ghunya, ginger, raw turmeric paste, tandoori meyo and salt.
Mix all together and cook for a few minutes. Toast the multi grain bread with butter then fill with cooked veggies and cover with another bread.
